Training/Development Coordinator
Christine began working for AP Strategies in 2004 as an English Administrative Assistant. When LTF became its own entity in 2009, she stayed on as the Training and Development Coordinator. Says Christine of her time thus far at LTF, “I am most proud that I was able to grow and advance into a Coordinator position. That the people I work with have that faith in me is great motivation.” Due to the continued growth of the organization, her job is certainly full of challenges, but Christine welcomes them: her favorite part of her role is “working with the trainers in our trainer corps, troubleshooting through logistics, and helping the Directors with any issues they might have.” She also enjoys being part of such a dedicated team. “It seems like every day, I see the people I work with working very hard,” Christine says. “It is very inspiring.” She hopes that LTF will soon become the leading teacher training company for Pre-AP teachers, setting the standard for excellence in training English, math and science Pre-AP teachers nationally.
Christine has a BA in Liberal Arts and has over 15 years in administrative and logistics experience.
